What this text covers

This text describes the Vamelun site at vamelun.com: which data the form sends, which services are used, and how the analytics-cookie choice is stored.

It explains how the site works today. It is not a statement that the site fully complies with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Contact form

The form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, project type, and message. Company is optional. If you choose an investment range, that range is added to the message. The page language is sent as well.

This information is used to reply to your inquiry. The submission is stored in Supabase, through this project’s submit-contact function. The site does not define how long those contacts are kept.

  • Name
  • Company, if you provide it
  • WhatsApp
  • Project type
  • Message, including the investment range when you select one
  • Page language

Protection against automated submissions

Before a message is sent, the site loads Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks whether the submission looks automated. The form continues only when that check returns a token, and the token is sent with the contact details.

Turnstile does not depend on the analytics-cookie choice. It loads with the form.

Usage analysis

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only if you accept analytics cookies. If you reject them, close the notice without choosing, or turn analysis off, neither service loads.

Google Analytics records the pages visited. Microsoft Clarity can observe interactions, such as clicks and movements, and build heatmaps, so the page can be understood and the experience improved.

The form fields are marked so Clarity hides what is typed. Name, company, WhatsApp, project type, investment range, and message should not appear in the recording. That hiding applies to the Clarity recording. The message you send still goes to Supabase so Vamelun can reply.

Cookies

A necessary cookie stores your choice for 180 days. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies are used only if you accept them. Their names, purpose, and what the site does when analysis is turned off are on the cookie page.

How to change or withdraw consent

On the first visit, the notice offers accept all, reject non-essential, or settings. The fixed cookie button on the page opens those settings again. The cookie page also has a button that opens the preferences.

Accepting turns analysis on. Rejecting or turning analysis off stops Google Analytics and Clarity, and the site tries to delete those services’ cookies in this browser.

Closing the notice without choosing does not save a decision. Analysis stays off and the notice returns on another visit. If the notice text changes, the site may ask again.

Rights under the LGPD

The LGPD recognizes rights for people whose personal data is processed. Using the email below, you can ask for confirmation of the processing, access, correction of incomplete or outdated data, information about who the data was shared with, and deletion or blocking of data that is not needed. You can also withdraw analytics consent through the cookie notice or that email.

The site does not define an internal deadline or a separate form for these requests. The channel available in the project is the contact email.
